Daka/Dakini Healing
Why
Emotional and physical traumas are commonly held in the body, especially in the pelvis and lower belly. Through releasing past traumas a new sense of health, vitality and well-being is experienced. These body/spirit-centered sessions are approached with sensitivity and deep respect. A single session can lead you on a new path, whereas multiple sessions will lead you to a fully integrated state of body, mind, heart,spirit and emotion.

Our practitioners are committed to providing you with a space that is safe and sacred, where you can grow, release and transform. Temple practitioners are transformational guides trained in many healing modalities including, but not limited to: Whole Body Healing, Transformational Breath work, Tantra, Intimacy Coaching, Shamanic Counseling, Land Journeys, Communication, Chakra Clearing, Yoga, Meditation and Ceremony. Temple practitioners are committed to supporting you in living your true magnificence.
Sessions begin by meeting you where you are in the moment. Sessions can vary from gentle to dynamic and evolve differently depending on your individual needs and desires. We honor your commitment and courage to create this opportunity for introspection and transformation. Whether or not you have a clear idea of what you desire going into your session, as you change, deepen, and explore, your boundaries will always be honored and respected.
All sessions are private, fully confidential and are designed to nurture, awaken, and help you grow. You will learn tools that you can use in your everyday life and relationships. Within a safe, nurturing environment you can relax and open. You can release what no longer serves you, such as old limiting beliefs, fears, and blocks. As you open fully to your essence you will learn how to circulate and channel these newly awakened energies in ways that support you in living a more integrated life.
Sessions vary from 1-3 hours, and can be tailored for individuals or couples. At times it is beneficial to work with more than one practitioner at a time. This can be especially helpful for couples working with relationship and intimacy issues. If you are coming to Sedona for a healing retreat, receiving a variety of sessions will empower and optimally support your restoration and transformation. Daka/Dakini
The Daka or Dakini is a man or woman who is dedicated to the practice of evolving consciousness and embodying bliss, and who supports others on this path. Central to this path are presence, personal empowerment, emotional intelligence, sexual wholeness, and embracing the shadow (un-integrated psychological material).
Daka/Dakini Sessions may include Whole Body Healing, which may be either sensual or therapeutic, or a combination depending on your needs and the healing guidance of the practitioner. The sessions often begin with a gentle meditation and intention setting. All parts of your body and being are honored. Sessions may include ambient music, candlelight, organic massage oils, and loving nurturing touch. Your desires are explored without goals, allowing you to surrender, release stress, and feel more alive in your body. You are encouraged to stay present and keep the breath moving throughout the session. There is a shower available if desired before or after your session.
Whole Body Healing for Couples - $400 suggested donation per hour, 10% donation reimbursement for packages (see below)
In a room large enough for two whole-body healing alters, you and your partner will be pampered (together/simultaneously) by two temple practitioners. Allow yourself to discover what it is like to be served by someone who is holding space for you while your partner is nearby. Other therapies and modalities can be incorporated by request.
Tantric Coaching for Individuals
This session allows you to open, expand and move energy freely throughout your body. It is for anyone who wants to live a more vibrant, conscious, and abundant life. The session is personalized to meet your specific intention and desires. The focus can be for healing, abundance, attracting a mate, gaining clarity or whatever supports you in this moment. The journey is one of transformation; remembering your true self and connection to Source. As you release blocked energy, and expand into bliss, you experience the abundance that is all around you and magic begins to unfold. The journey is about being... not doing; where abundance flows, vitality increases, and ecstasy expands. You become the creator of your reality.
Sacred Yoni/ Lingam Healing
Yoni is another word for vagina/womb. It means "cosmic matrix." The seed of a woman's sexuality is in her heart. When there has been sexual wounding often the heart and yoni are closed. In this session you are supported in opening your heart and learning how to connect your heart and yoni. Then any emotion and trauma held in the yoni can be released. This clears the way for a whole new level of clarity and divine feminine power.
This delicate work is done by practitioners trained in Sacred Yoni Healing modalities and rituals. They maintain a safe and sacred space at all times as they witness, and safely guide you through this deeply healing and empowering process of self discovery and spiritual revelation. This ritual is also adapted for men wishing to reclaim and activate their etheric /energetic yonis.
The Lingam is another word for penis. It means "wand of light." Most men have never been instructed in the arts of its proper usage and how to honor it as one of the most powerful tools and gifts in the universe. Difficulty with getting and maintaining an erection can be healed through loving nurturing of the lingam.
In this sacred healing ritual we support you with essential information and guide you to clear limiting and unhealthy conditioning, beliefs, and telepathic agreements. You are supported to step out of the confusion, guilt, shame, and fear that is inherent in mass consciousness. You are then initiated into a deeper level of what it means to embody the Divine Masculine and realize your full potential as a man. This ritual is also adapted for women wishing to reclaim and activate their etheric/energetic lingams.
Sacred Spot Activation
Activating the g-spot in women or the prostate in men is a sacred healing Temple ritual and practice. Learn to give and receive this incredibly healing ritual. For both men and women this spot is the seat of the life force energy. By activating this spot you begin to peel away the things that are holding you back in life and in love, awakening your body to run more energy, experience more pleasure, release sexual trauma, and let go of deeply held emotions.
Ejaculatory Choice
Sink into the bliss of making love for as long as you want. The experience of lovemaking is about being in the moment. The practice of gaining ejaculatory choice creates space in your lovemaking for: multiple orgasms, filling your whole body with tantric energy, connecting to the divine god and goddess, and feeling fully in bliss during sex.
Intimacy Coaching
Pleasuring your partner is about pleasuring yourself. Learn to focus on your own pleasure as you explore another's sensuality. We are commonly taught that to be a better lover we must master an array of techniques. Tantra teaches that the secret to better lovemaking is simply to be in the moment and focus on what feels good to you. Through this practice you create a deeper and more loving connection to your partner. Cultivating your connection with your lover and moving deeply into union is the most sacred practice in Tantra, the one that brings you closer to the divine. Through learning to gaze into each other's eyes, breathing as one, and circulating energy between you, you can discover how the heart and body open to oneness, multiple orgasms, ejaculatory choice, and union with the Divine.
Tantric Coaching for Couples
Couples coaching sessions can help you ignite your passion and deepen your connection with your partner. These sessions are customized to meet your needs and unfold in a container of respect, compassion, and safety. Relationships offer fertile soil for growth. You are a mirror for your beloved to see both their beauty and their shadow. In these sessions you will learn how to communicate your desires and create your dreams as you transform together.
Shamanic Breath, Healing and Counseling
This is an ancient holistic approach to healing. In this holistic approach a shaman uses spiritual means as well as plant medicines, crystals and prayer. Shamanism is more of a method, than a religion. By entering into an ecstatic/trance state a shaman guides his/her client in physical and emotional health, healing of relationship traumas and reconnecting to their personal spirit guides. Ultimately supporting clients with greater clarity, as well as gaining tools such as meditation and ritual to support daily practice and continued growth.

Learn in a fun and entertaining way about our desert, Sedona’s history, our unique geology, animals and plants, the vortex phenomenon, and sacred sites. Most journeys last 3-4 hours and will be tailored to your needs, desires and physical condition.

Kundalini Yoga
Ancient Yogic techniques as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini yoga includes asanas (yogic postures), pranayama (yogic breath), proper alignment, Mantra (sacred chant), meditation, and dietary recommendations. Discover how to stay healthy physically and spiritually. This is a 90-minute session. Shorter 30-minute practices can be added to other sessions.
Ecstatic Power Yoga Flow
Give yourself the power to transform in ways you never thought possible! Connect your inner and outer power, get out of the way and create a path where anything is possible. Deepen presence, focus, awareness and flexibility of mind, body and spirit within the “storm”. Merging Asana with breath into ecstatic dynamic movements in celebration of life.

Pranic Healing
Pranic Healing® is a simple yet powerful and effective system of no-touch energy healing originated and developed by GrandMaster Choa Kok Sui. It is based on the fundamental principle that the body is a self-repairing living entity that possesses the innate ability to heal itself. Pranic Healing® works on the principle that the healing process is accelerated by increasing the life force or vital energy on the affected part of the physical body.
Pranic Healing® is a highly developed and tested system of energy medicine that utilizes prana to balance, harmonize and transform the body's energy processes. Prana is a Sanskrit word that means life-force. This invisible bio-energy or vital energy keeps the body alive and maintains a state of good health. In acupuncture, the Chinese refer to this subtle energy as Chi. It is also called Ruah or the Breath of Life in the Old Testament.
Shamanic Readings
Both individual and group readings are available. Sessions may include techniques like “breathing into the hollow bone”, use of power animals and plants, vision drumming and journeying, walking meditation, calling the directions, ceremony, chakra clearing, and living in alignment with your purpose coaching.

Introduction to Shamanism
An 8-week program teaches basic concepts, activities and techniques of the shamanic path. Each class is 2 hours, meeting weekly over a two-month period. You will learn how to ground your energy through intention and breathing exercises, how to tap and harness power animal and power plant energy, how to strengthen your connection with your spirit guide(s), how to journey, how to engage the elements of earth, wind, fire, and water, and how to live in personal power through the hollow bone.
