Kikaido

2008: September 5,6,7
and December 20, 21
2009: March 6,7,8

Kikaido is a path of practice focused on the expansion of consciousness for the purpose of "seeing" past the illusions of our individual realities allowing one to free the mind and body from limitation.

A) Each day will begin with a Morning Sadhana Session: A two hour open participation involving stretching, yoga, meditation, cleansing techniques, and a few words of wisdom. Tribute: $30 per person.

B) Afternoon Darshan Session: A three hour lecture and discussion. Opening topics will be preset, but the flow of the time will be determined primarily by the questions and input of the participants.
Tribute: $40 per person.

C) Individual Sessions: Choose from two kinds of private time slots:

- Dialog Consultation: A life-expanding way of addressing smaller specific issues. Each individual must walk their own path. In that journey, each of us are constantly presented with choices of which we cannot always see all sides. Individual dialog sessions are for reflection, insight, and expansion of those choices you find presented. Tribute: $54 (one half-hour).

- Full Sessions. Kikaido offers practices aimed at bringing the individual into self-healing states of consciousness. Accessing through the quantum aspects of the fascial matrix in the physical body, simultaneous and mutually supportive states of activation and relaxation are reached. In this dreamlike state of consciousness, the natural inner abilities of the body to energize and self-heal are initiated and encouraged. Floor and table sessions are available. (Please see Kikaido.com for more details). Tribute: $90/hour with a two-hour minimum of $180, four-hour maximum of $360)

Childhood studies in music, yoga, Judo, and Aikido with a western education in Biology,Psychology, and Physics preceded an early professional life that ranged from dancer in Paris to carpenter in New York City. During his thirties, Patrick explored many practices, including a deep involvement in Kundalini yoga and studies at the Swedish Institute in New York City. Synergizing shamanic dream techniques, the principles and practices of Taoism and Tantra, the concepts of quantum physics, and the reality foundations of the Australian aboriginal "dreamtime," Patrick has filled the last ten years developing and clarifying the practice of Kikaido.
