KEYNOTE ADDRESS: HIGH PRIESTESS: PERMISSION TO BE ECSTATIC

Over my twenty years of working with men and women, I have found that my greatest gift I give is permission. We are so often trapped in the concepts inherited from our parents, our church or our culture. Letting go of the narrow perspectives by which we were raised is for many people a daunting task. Opening into a sacred sexual context with clients, lovers and friends is supported and enhanced by our willingness to give permission (to ourselves and others) to let go of the past and love generously and ecstatically.

I would like to share my experiences over the past two decades with people from a wide variety of backgrounds. In my work  with Wings of Joy®, I have married an intimate personal knowledge of the sacred prostitute with an in depth experience of energetic healing, ritual, meditation, BDSM and Tantra. The Temple, a ritualized sexual celebration, grew and developed from this blending of diverse elements. The Temple has much to teach and participants who create the ritual with me, find themselves entering into unexpected levels of healing and growth. Bio:

My personal quest for healing began in 1991 when my gynecologist discovered a large tumor growing on my right ovary. Although I confidently put myself
in the care of traditional Western medicine, I knew I would need more than surgery to return to vibrant health. And so began a journey that took me
around the globe and brought me into contact with some of the world's most gifted teachers and healers. At journey's end, I arrived at an understanding
of the dynamics of illness and health and gained deep insight into the importance of living freely and passionately. My views on women's health
issues as well as female sexuality and spirituality were dramatically transformed. My personal healing path became the foundation of the teaching
work that I have offered for a decade in workshops and private practice.

After earning a Masters in Energetic Medicine from Dr. Robert Jaffe's School of Energy Mastery in Sedona, Arizona, I continued to study the healing work
of Barbara Anne Brennan, Caroline Myss, Chris Griscom and Elisabeth Kübler-Ross. Blending the healing modalities of these powerful women with my
own intuitive understanding of the spiritual journey from illness to health, I established a private practice in Switzerland and worked with terminally
ill cancer and AIDS patients.

A longtime interest in sacred sexuality brought about collaborations with two renowned Tantric teachers who where working in Europe, John Bellicchi
and Alan Lowen (the founder of The Art of Being). Together with my women's team, I created a modern day version of the healing temples that existed
thousands of years ago. In the role of sacred prostitute, I had an opportunity to combine my intuitive knowledge of human sexuality with my
skill in energy work to become a sexual healer. But my true calling immerged when I began focusing my energy specifically on female sexuality and started
creating workshops exclusively for women. Releasing the confusion and sexual disorientation that is part of modern women's regrettable heritage became
the central theme of my work. I developed very simple and direct techniques to challenge and guide women out of their hopelessness and disappointment
and into a rediscovery of sexual innocence and joy.

Today, I teach a pallet of unique programs for women that range from weekend get-togethers to a yearlong intensive course called Wings of Joy®. My
hands-on approach to sexual healing attracts hundreds of women each year, as well as referrals from couple's therapists throughout Europe.

Presentation: Cosmic Tantra & The Arousal of Earth

Presentation:  Awakening Bodily Consciousness

A tantric/shamanic approach to body-work

The intention of the presentation is to introduce the method and psychological standing behind the performing and teaching of ABC.

The talk will be open and honest as to Carlos’ personal journey (and pit-falls) that led him to learn and understand how to serve, manage and ‘ride’ the crest of a human’s kundalini wave of intensity, without crashing or burning out!

There will be one (or two) demonstration(s) by Carlos on a women, (to show the differences between working on men and women), to show all the various way of being intimate and erotic without being sexual or neurotic! This is the key to allowing deep-seated aspects of repression to surface, which usually remain hidden behind or underneath the initial libido/magnetic attraction towards another electrifyingly hot individual.

There will be group participation to show ways of behaving: that help or hinder an individual’s interaction with others, as well as parings up to experience some of the ABC massage concepts.

Hence the fruits of passion are delayed to allow the rotten fruits of guilt, shame and damage to clear –  easier said than done, and that is the work of ABC; to undo those pattern with a human system – OM!

Bio:
Carlos has been practising since 1985, and teaching couples since 1995. He trained in England and India in a wide variety of massage techniques and body therapies, while undergoing his own development through Kriya and Hatha yoga, Kabbalah, metaphysics and rock climbing - an alternative to Psychotherapy! Following his interest in human energy systems he qualified in acupuncture and has developed a comprehensive multi-layered approach to the release of stresses throughout the body, incorporating the essences of Western and Eastern techniques – without the use of needles! His personal experience of releasing his own pains and somatic blocks is central to his ability to ‘read’ the body and retune its energetic systems. His work combines the integrated essences of all that he has studied, experienced, and developed through his healing journey. He calls his work Awakening Bodily Consciousness, which describes the intention and effect of Carlos’ system of body work. Often clients arrive ‘numbed out’ physically and emotionally as a result of accumulated daily stresses or deeper-seated issues which remain as ‘armour’, tensions and blocks held in the body.

The ABC method unfolded via Carlos’ awareness of the psycho-somatic and emotional connection between the clearing of lymphatic congestion and the meridians associated with specific organs which correlate to various emotional states. He uses breath work and guided visualisations to help clients to move comfortably and safely through blockages, resistance and pain. He treats adults of both sexes and all ages but finds that women – through word-of-mouth have been his main client base, as they quickly feel safe to express and release emotional blocks along with the physical ones. He now has had enough of working behind closed doors and wishes to share his method with others. To this end, Carlos is aiming to teach ABC to men in particular – in order for them to serve women.

Carlos’s method of ABC is a deep, all-over-at-once massage technique, created out of twenty years of development, which opens the body via the lymphatic system and major areas of toxic and energetic blockages – in the neck, armpits, belly and groin. The therapist use their hands, feet, elbows, knees, chin and forehead, to massage your body; using three or four points of contact with your body, which allows your brain and mind to relax its two-sided, dualistic perceptions – and let go! To feel ‘safe’ is the all-important rule, so that un-safety can emerge, surface and clear out of the body, via the massage and the breathing and expressiveness of both parties.

Presentation: Tantric massage as a tool for healing and transformation
Tantric massage is a sensual ritual which includes elements of tantra, tao, classic massage, thai massage and energy work. It has firm structure but also leaves space for individual adjustments for the receiver: gentle vs firm, slow vs dynamic, for male vs female and so on. It may include the genital massage and mostly both the receiver and the giver are naked.
 
Tantric massage has profound effects on our bodies and minds and can help to heal, transform and inspire on many levels. Among others it:
-         helps to heal physical disease, trauma, emotional blockages  and depressions;
-         heals shame and increases self acceptance;
-         inspires and educates people about their and their partners sexuality.

And why?  Shortly, this "miracles“ may happen thanks to:
-         loving touch and full presence of the giver;
-         methods for increasing life force.

In this Presentation, we will also:
-         talk about the tantric buddhist tradition and teach you the "right attitude“ towards the receiver, that enables opening, healing and transformation;
-         introduce you to methods that help to open the receiver (we will do a practical structure to experience this);
-         differences between men and women with regard to tantric massage (their motivations and our practical approach to a male/female receiver)
-         discuss modalities of working with tantric massage on personal and professional level.

Bio: 

Fred Traugott (NL) is a tantric teacher, sexual healer and founder of Centrum voor LevensLust (Centre of Lust for Life).  Apart from Margot Anands two year training at SkyDancing Institute, he took workshops in the area fo energy, healing and communication and was educated by tantric masters.

 

In 1998 he founded Tantra.nl. At HAI (Human Awareness Institute) Fred attends the workshops since 2003 and is assisting for more than 5 years now. Love, intimacy and sexuality are the keywords for his work. A number of of people even call him Dr. Love.  Most of the time he works in Amsterdam and Rotterdam.

Sacred Practitioners are well versed in the experience and fullness of understanding the difference between "having
sex" (which almost everyone does) and Sacred Sexuality (which is something practitioners strive to help people to do).
This presentation will try to illustrate a parallel world experiencing a similar phenomenon. Now that the tools to create communication have made it possible that "everyone can design" (i.e. create their own business cards, websites,
flyers, etc.), there is no stopping it. Doing it yourself is faster, it saves money, and it's fun. Observed by an experienced "Sacred Typographer/Design Practitioner", what can be seen happening in visual communications is a lot of less-
than-sacred use of space, color, (letter)form and - ultimately - function. "Sacred Typography" (with Design Basics) will
be explained, explored, and experienced – telling an aesthetic story in the hopes of helping practitioners create
marketing materials  that truly reflect what we offer the world: a fuller (2D) aesthetic experience leading to a fuller (3D) sensual experience that ultimately leads to a fuller (++++D) or multidimensional human experience.

 

Bio:

Maureen Belaski is a professional designer of visual communications with over 20 years of experience, 10 of which
have also been spent passionately teaching design basics and conceptional thinking. Inspirational teachers and
mentors for her design and teaching work as well as personal practice and study of Kaschmiri Shivaism and Tantric
Yoga have included Daniel Odier, Ratziel Bander, Baba Dez, Kenneth Ray Stubbs and the work of David Deida

The focus of Uta’s work is sacred sexuality and sacred sexual healing. She helps men, women and couples who want to enhance their sex life, overcome sexual difficulties and bring the Sacred into their sex life. 
 
She blends a variety of effective methods including bodywork, energy work, qi gong, internal alchemy meditations and NLP. 
 
In her work with women, she has found the Jade Egg practice invaluable in connecting women with their feminine essence. The Jade Egg is a key tool in awakening and cultivating female sexual energy. It is a healing tool that enables women to reconnect with their sexuality and facilitates healing of sexual wounds.
 
Her background is in Taoism, Shiatsu and NLP. Presentation: Genetics and Tantra Yoga for true happiness in couple-relationships

Most recent discoveries of the neuro-science have revealed the hormonal programming of so-called doom of normal sexuality: “mating-procreation-separation” present in almost all mammals including humans. The genetic spell looks almost invincible: falling in love, normal sexuality (with the rush of hormones) and the “after-sex hangover” leading to the desire to go away. Bio:

After six years university studies in Sweden and Denmark Konrad graduates as Business and Culture Consultant in 1998. In 2003 he graduates as filmdirector from the National Film school of Denmark and is nominated a Golden Doc for best debut film. In parallel since 1998 Konrad studies and practices yoga and tantra at Natha Yogacenter where he graduates as a yoga- and tantra teacher in 2007.

Konrad has been teaching yoga, tantra and creative processes in Denmark and Sweden including The National Arts Academy in Denmark. He is co-founder of the spiritual film production company Pilgrimsfilm, the Danish Art TV-station TV-TV and the
international Human Rightsorganization Soteria International. He is currently living in Stockholm, Sweden teaching at Natha
Yogacenter and working with film, exhibitions and writing.
