Charles Muir is considered the originator and Pioneer of the Modern Tantra Movement in the United States. In 1980, he originated the Tantra: The Art of Conscious Loving® format, Sacred Spot Massage, and many other inventive experiential exercises, which have become the cornerstones in the curriculum of most Tantra educators. In addition to Red Tantra practices, Charles teaches a powerful method of White Tantra, or Laya Yoga, which is the grandfather of Hatha Yoga, with extended holds, meditation, and chakra focus. Its gentle-on-the-body approach is relaxing and revitalizing, and awakens consciousness quickly.
Charles has authored two Tantra books, two Tantra Training DVDs, three White Tantra CDs, and five Red Tantra CDs. His work has been featured in over fifty media articles, numerous radio and television appearances (most recently on Oprah), and two Hollywood feature movies, Bliss and The Best Ever. He is currently working on several new books in his Tantra: The Art of Conscious Loving series; the newest is Sacred Sexual Awakenings, which is a comprehensive compilation of over five hundred testimonials and case histories of lives transformed through attending his seminars.

- Present - Currently, Charles lives in northern California, writing, loving, and teaching Tantra Yoga.
- 1978-2008 - Founded and directed the Source School of Tantra Yoga in California and Hawaii.
- 1970-1978 - Director of the Hittleman Yoga for Health Centers in New York, New Jersey, and California.
- 1966-1978 - Twelve years Yoga training by television's Richard Hittleman.
- 1969-1974 - As a New York City Yogi in Residence, Charles received two Appreciation Awards, presented by Mayors Lindsey and Beame, "For his efforts to advance the spiritual and physical values of Yoga for the benefit of all citizens".
- 1966-1974 - Private classes and initiations with Swamis Satchidananda, Premananda, Vishnudevananda, Satyananda, Madhavananda, Ma Yoga Bhakti, and Ma Yoga Shakti, and Yogis Bhajan, Bua, Majumdar, and Mishra. Charles was also a staff teacher at the Sivananda Ashram and Ananda Ashram in New York City.

Presentation: Kaulism, The Left Hand Path of Tantra
Among the most significant of all the Tantric traditions, Kaulism stands as the most misunderstood. Much like the “mainstream” view of modern day Tantra the critics of this time declared that Kaulism was nothing but perverted hedonism cloaked in spiritual jargon.
The left-hand path grew out of the Tantric insight that the act of finding God in the most profane objects and activities was a powerful tool for discovering the Divine in Everything.
This discussion will guide the listener through an interpretive journey of ancient India and the hotbed where these teachings first developed. Giving a cognitive experience to understand some of the foremost originating practices of Sacred Sexuality.

A leading educator for dakas and dakini, Triambika is dedicated to bringing global awareness to the awakened teachings of sacred sexuality. With focused intention, intuition, her passion and grace shine from within as she invites her students fully blossom to their greatest ecstatic potential.
Having spent the last fourteen years diving deep into eastern studies, Triambika has devoted much of her adult life to the study and practice of Tantra yoga and the union of Spirit and sex.
Triambika is a yogini at heart. In 2002 she took initiation into a Kashmir Shaivist Tantric lineage, where she received numerous experiential, verbal and non-verbal teachings of thispowerful non-dual ancient tradition. Owing much of her training in classical tantra to her beloved gurus of the Sarasvati lineage as well as Kali Ma of Mahasiddha Dharma, Triambika is well versed in yogic and tantric philosophy in addition to being an adept practitioner. David Cates is now an elder in the sexual healing revolution. Thirty years ago he worked his way through college as one of the first male strippers in New York (five years before Chippendales hit the scene!). Exploring Spiritual Tantra
Spiritual Tantra is unique in that it can be as sensual as any other form of Tantra but asks that there first be certain guidelines including: loving respect, safety, responsibility, communication, and trust.
